Project Overview

Prepared a detailed flooring, tile, and stone quantity takeoff for a religious and community facility project. The project involved multi-level flooring, tile, wall-finish, stair and exterior stone quantity takeoffs.

The estimating scope included the First Floor, Second Floor, Mezzanine, stairs, selected wall-tile areas, and exterior finish elements.

The project required detailed interpretation of finish plans, room finish information, interior elevations, exterior elevations, stair details, and material specifications to develop a coordinated quantity takeoff.
